• Our mandate is to educate and raise awareness that the GTAA and NAV Canada are operating with limited oversight by Transport Canada. 
• All of the CAAS members are volunteers.
• Our membership is open to all residents of affected communities across Canada and has the support of many homeowners associations.
• Our board of directors role is to ensure CAAS continues to focus on the publicly stated goals of the organization.
• We are specifically focused on holding those responsible for the operations and oversight of air travel in Canada to the highest level of international standards and best practices.
• All CAAS spending decisions will be made by a majority vote of the Board and must support the goals and objectives of CAAS.
